Dr. Sherina M. Saji is a Senior Legal Counsel at Al Dhaheri International Advocates & Legal Consultants LLC S.O.C with over 22 years of experience as a legal consultant in Dubai, during which she has developed extensive knowledge in various areas of UAE law, including the laws and regulations of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”). Dr. Sherina is a DIFC Courts (Part II) registered legal practitioner and an active member of the World Mediation Organization, based in Berlin, Germany. Dr. Sherina’s practice focuses on dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation and litigation. She is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience representing clients in complex corporate, commercial, real estate, and construction disputes. Her approach is practical and measured, with a focus on understanding the underlying interests of the parties and identifying solutions that are legally sound and commercially workable.
