Dr.Sherina M. Saji

During Dr. Sherina’s 20 years spent as legal consultant in Dubai, she has gained extensive knowledge in various laws prevailing in the UAE. Her main areas of practice include Corporate & Commercial, Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Aviation, Real Estate, Rental, Employment, and Personal Status matters.

Dr. Sherina is a Lawyer admitted to the Bar Council of India and qualified to practice in all states of India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mangalore University (India), and dual Master’s degree in Labour & Industrial Relations and Administrative Law from the University of Chennai (India) and Masters in Intellectual Property Law from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, India. She has been awarded a doctorate degree in Law, in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the Euclid University, an international intergovernmental institution having its Executive Office in Washington DC.
