Bahaa El Sharkawy is a Senior Legal Counsel at Al Dhaheri International Advocates & Legal Consultants. He began his legal career in January 2006 in Egypt. With 19 years of experience in the legal field, he has gained extensive expertise in civil law, commercial law, criminal law, personal status law, and Regulating Labour Relations law. He possesses a strong ability to accurately interpret the law, present legal defenses before the court in a manner that serves the client's best interests, and apply civil procedure law and jurisdictional conflict resolution between courts. Bahaa has handled numerous commercial, civil, and real estate cases, as well as rental disputes and enforcement cases. He has extensive experience in various types of insurance cases, including vehicle insurance, compensation for vehicle accidents, health insurance, and life insurance. He has particularly excelled in handling Takaful insurance cases.
