Mr. Albaz is a Senior Legal Counsel and our Head of Litigation who joined our firm in 2013. In his more than 25 years in the legal profession, he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of UAE law and a vast experience in corporate, commercial, construction, real estate and family laws.
He also has extensive experience with several industries including, construction, insurance, shipping, and banking. He is also experienced in criminal cases, trademarks, labor disputes, and Appeal Cases before the Higher Courts. Albaz has obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Zagazig University, Egypt and he is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association registered in the Egyptian Supreme Court.
